We’ll start with a contract, which outlines our mutual responsibilities. We want this dream to be real. From your vision, I’ll create either a 3D model or a 2D perspective drawing that you can see, touch, feel and continue to build upon that dream.
Design
We’ll dive deeper into the details of the home during the design phase. Architecture is more than the bones of a house. It’s about the details that make a house a home. From the interior detailing, closet sizes, tile and floor selections, light fixtures, and additional specialty rooms, we’ll get a comprehensive view of the details that make this design truly yours.
manage
We need to carefully place the plans into the hands of the right builders. I devote meticulous attention to the economy and efficiency of the build. Having a very detailed set of construction documents is imperative. It takes time to find the right team of professionals to craft quality, custom homes. It’s not enough to build the dream, it must be done just right.
build
The earth opens, ground breaks, and the bones erect. Many visits to the site provide communication with the builders to ensure that the construction runs smoothly. The structural integrity is inspected. Designs are fine-tuned as the building materializes. Without dedicated and consistent observation, there are so many things that can go wrong. Every line should be beautiful. Every seam should be tight. I see this home through every schematic, nail, and spec of paint.
Stage
Your home needs to be supported with the stuff of life that allows for living to take place. We’ll discuss landscaping and potential future development. Stone walkways and pool designs. Do you envision an outdoor kitchen? Do you want custom furnishings that harmonize with the structure of the home? This is a home to live in, to be seen, and to be cherished.
